However, the distance from Interlaken Ost station can be a slight drawback for those with heavy luggage.The room, albeit clean and adequately sized, lacked some of the expected amenities for a higher-end establishment. I found the breakfast spread to be delightful, with a variety of fresh options, though the absence of cooked items like eggs was noted. The staff proved to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.While the hotel offers basic facilities such as Wi-Fi and housekeeping, amenities like a fitness centre or spa would have added a touch of luxury that was missing. For those seeking adventure, the hotel's proximity to outdoor activities like hiking and cycling is a definite plus.In conclusion, Hotel Derby Interlaken strikes a balance between affordability and quality service.
